How To Tell If A Book Is In Stock

Our online store shows both books that are currently on our shelves and books that are not but that we are often able to order. (See below for an explanation of how to tell what is in stock!)
Wondering if a certain book is in stock? The image on the left (below) is what it looks like if a title is in stock. A specific quantity will be listed above the "Add To Cart" button. If a 0 quantity is shown, you will not be able to add the book to your cart because it's currently unavailable.​
The image on the right (below) is what it looks like if a title is not in stock. You will still be able to add this item to your cart & we will order the book in for you. If we discover a title is not available at the warehouse while processing your order, we will reach out to you to discuss your order. 

Ordering Online with Foggy Pine Books

We mainly use email to communicate with customers about their orders. Please add our orders email (orders@foggypinebooks.com) to your address book so our notifications don't go to your spam!

Online orders will be processed in the order that they are received. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP. PLEASE DO NOT COME FOR PICKUP UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CALL, TEXT, OR EMAIL SPECIFICALLY SAYING THAT YOUR ORDER IS READY.

The automated email you receive when you place your order gives an estimate of when your order will be available but it IS NOT A GUARANTEE. You may receive your order earlier or later than the date listed, depending on whether the book is in stock or not. Once your order has been processed our booksellers will either mark your order as ready (which will send an automated message) or we will email/text you to let you know what we ordered & when we expect it to arrive. 

IF YOU NEED TO PICKUP A BOOK TODAY, PLEASE CALL THE STORE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER.  Please keep in mind that our inventory is updated manually each morning so the online store may not reflect what is actually in stock at any given moment, though it will be very close. If you need a specific book today or by a certain date, we're happy to help you with urgent orders over the phone!
