If a book or item is returned in new condition with a receipt, we will make a full refund by the method of payment listed on the receipt with exceptions listed below. You may make an exchange instead, if you prefer.

​If a book or item is returned in new condition and there is no receipt, we will give store credit only.

• There are no refunds on books or items that were damaged after leaving the store
• There are no refunds on books or items purchased from the discount shelf.
• There are no refunds on calendars or date books.
• If so much time has elapsed that a hardcover book is now in paperback, there is no refund with or without a receipt.
• There are no refunds on gift card purchases. 
  
• There are NO returns or refunds on ANY special ordered books or items. All special order sales are final.
